A complete desktop doming system for sign makers and badge producers. Vacuum-mix two-part polyurethane resin with no solvent clean-up, then lay it precisely with a manual or automatic dispenser. The self-levelling, crystal-clear domes are rated for up to 8 years outdoors.

One-part UV-curing doming glaze with no mixing. Dispense straight from the bottle, cure under UV light in minutes and hand over finished domed name badges the same day. It comes in rigid or soft/flexible finishes for indoor and outdoor work.

Resin doming is a clear liquid resin laid onto a printed or cut label. It flows out to the edge, stops there by surface tension and sets into a smooth, raised lens. The dome magnifies the colours underneath, gives a tactile, premium feel and protects the graphic from scratches, moisture and UV.
Two-part polyurethane systems such as Poly Drop cure at room temperature or in a low-heat oven and suit long-life outdoor work. UV-cured glazes such as Excel cure in minutes under UV light, which makes them ideal for fast-turnaround badges. Automatic machines such as Demak’s dispense and degas the resin for high-volume production.
Typical domed products include name badges, labels and nameplates, vehicle and boat lettering, motorbike tank pads, keyrings, promotional gifts and apparel transfers.
