Poly Drop Doming Systems
Poly Drop is a complete desktop doming system from Euro Drop in Milan, Italy. It turns flat vinyl, printed labels and cut lettering into glossy, crystal-clear 3D emblems. Two-part polyurethane resin is vacuum-mixed in disposable cups with no solvents and no clean-up, then laid precisely with a Poly Dose dispenser. It self-levels into a domed lens about 2 mm high and cures at room temperature, or in 2–3 hours in a fast-cure oven.
Why Poly Drop
1Self-levelling 2-part PU resin
Flows to the edge, stops and levels into a crystal-clear lens about 2 mm high. Cures at room temperature.
2Built for outdoor life
Rated for up to 8 years outdoors. UV and weather resistant, and won’t fade, yellow, crack or harden. It dents and springs back rather than scratching.
3Flexible or semi-rigid resin
Flexible resin is washable and conformable for curved surfaces and fabric heat-press work. Semi-rigid resin gives a hard finish on vinyl and plastics.
4Clean, timed vacuum mixing
The Poly Mix unit vacuum-mixes 50–400 g in a disposable cup, stops after about 5 minutes and alerts you when ready. No solvent flushing.
5Productive dispensing
Automatic units dome about 1,400 round 17 mm, 900 square 25 × 25 mm or 650 rectangular 50 × 20 mm labels per hour.
6Colour effects
Murano (10 vibrant colours), Carrara marble/pearl white and glitter effects mix into clear resin and stay true for up to 8 years.

- M46 adds continuous dosing with an adjustable pause
- Runs from a small compressor at 0–3 atm
Fast Cure Ovens
Speed up production by curing domed work in an oven instead of waiting on room-temperature curing.
- Cures domed labels and emblems in 2–3 hours
- Increases production speed and reduces waste
- FC1: recommended for domed labels
- FC2: for big domed labels and sign lettering
- Adjustable feet for a fast, level set-up
Three ways to dome
Cut Drop: 3D lettering
Kiss-cut and weed the vinyl, mix with Poly Mix and dome with any Poly Dose. Silver Filmrex F50 gives metallic outdoor lettering.
Print Drop: 3D labels
Print and cut, then dome. Ideal for labels, nameplates, logos, keyrings and corporate gifts.
Tex Drop: apparel transfers
Print and kiss-cut White Filmrex F97 (or Clear F99), dome it, then heat-press it onto garments.
